Just because you are found in a location with drugs or are arrested with drugs on your person, it does not mean that you do not have a defence.  Regularly and with good success, we can challenge the search warrants, the grounds for your arrest, and searches of you, your vehicle or home.  Depending on the police conduct, often the drugs will be excluded from the evidence at your trial.
